Year after year, our affiliates inspire and amaze us with how they come together to make the world a better place.

DIAMONDS FOR PUNO. In October 23, 2009 — Puno, on the shores of scenic Lake Titicaca, is the scene of a regional tragedy: the "friaje" or cold weather swoops through, often taking the lives of the region's poor populace. Without access to warm clothing, food and medicine, the people of Puno have suffered the cruel stings of the "friaje" without help...until Gano Excel came along.

Responding to the great suffering in Puno, Gano Excel Peru's Chris Tidwell organized a team of affiliates to bring much-needed aide to this embattled region. This is the story of that remarkable campaign, "Diamonds for Puno." Join us in congratulating Mr. Tidwell and all of the affiliates from Gano Excel Peru who took part in this remarkable journey of hope and discovery.
